To Whom It May Concern

Mr. B. Swaminathan joined our school as physics and chemistry teacher in 1989.  He taught Physics and Chemistry from Classes VII to XII and General Science for Class VI.  He was also in charge of textbooks and notebooks for the whole school since he joined.

Well-attired and with impeccable manners, Mr. Swaminathan is a skillful and dedicated teacher.  Genuine and unpretentious, he is happy to remain in his chosen field of science education in secondary schools.

He studied in Loyola College where he took his Master's degree in physics.   His love for the subject and his grasp in it have made his physics and chemistry classes not only educational but highly interesting too.   He has been able to instill in his students a love for the subject he taught.

His relationship with the staff and students is warm and friendly.  He takes special care to know each student individually and walks that extra mile that he or she needs, which makes him an exemplary teacher.

Organization is his forte whether it is teaching or preparing a project.  He is always on time, always up-to-date with the syllabus, prompt in correcting assignments and answer papers and has always enough time for his students to clear their doubts.  The students feel confident in the subject he teaches.

Mr. Swaminathan is a serious thinker and his concern for humanity has made him a keen student of philosophy even as a young college student.  He has read widely and has studied in depth various philosophies and is totally committed in finding out effective ways of bringing about a change through education.

He is also interested in classical music, yoga, meditation and sports.  He is a proficient vocalist.

Mr. Swaminathan is hardworking, conscientious, ingenious and himself a lovely human being.

He must be given the highest recommendation without reservation.
