On behalf of all the members of Instructional Technology Forum (ITFORUM), I would like to thank you for submitting
a paper and leading a discussion on the list during the week of June 2-6, 2003. Your paper Smart education: Blending
subject expertise with the concept of career development for effective classroom management provided an unique and
interesting overview of important issues related to both theories of learning and instruction. In addition, your responses
to questions from list members were very important in facilitating and fostering discussion of the important issues raised
by members of the list.

Your paper and comments will remain in the list archive and will serve as a valuable resource to the instructional technology
