Technology Challenge Learning |
| The Applied Technology program employs a unique "challenge" structure. There are four types of self-selected projects available for students: | |
The
Starter Project |
|
A
starter project is a short, 3-5 day exposure to the workings of a modern
career, an exciting technology, or an interesting field of study |
|
The
Basic Project |
|
A
basic project is a solid, 10-day introduction to the workings and responsibilities
of a modern career, a relevant technology, or a modern field of study |
|
The
Challenge Project |
|
Challenge
projects are tougher, more open-ended projects that often combine several
fields of knowledge or expertise in one hands-on activity |
|
The
Capstone Project |
|
A
capstone project is a high-level, culminating project which demonstrates
considerable competency or mastery in an area of study |
